Registration Fee: 200 USD

This fee includes:

  • Pre arrival support through Whatsapp, email, video or phone call
  • Airport pick up and drop off (Kilimanjaro International Airport and Arusha Airport)
  • Advice and guidance on projects
  • Welcoming tour in Arusha on your first day
  • SIM-Card
  • 24/7 emergency contact
  • support from the local team
  • 50 USD volunteer project contribution

Accommodation Fee shared bedroom: 120 USD / week

This fee includes:

  • Twin bed room with shared bathroom to share with one other person
  • Breakfast (Lunch provided at some projects)
  • Room cleaning
  • Free kitchen 24/7
  • Free WIFI at Open Gate House

Accommodation Fee private bedroom: 180 USD / week

This fee includes:

  • Twin bed room with shared bathroom for yourself
  • Breakfast (Lunch provided at some projects)
  • Room cleaning
  • Free kitchen 24/7
  • Free WIFI at Open Gate House

Additional Costs

  • Insurance, vaccinations, flight tickets
  • Volunteer Visa, 50 USD and 100 USD for US citizens, for 3 months
  • Personal expenses on site

The fees include all taxes and fees under Tanzanian law.
